The Security Industry Authority (SIA) have produced a guide for door supervisors on how to ensure trans people can have a safe and enjoyable time going to pubs, clubs, bars, festivals and events. The guide has been written in consultation with trans people and groups as well as security industry operatives.

Whilst the guide has been produced for door supervisors its content will be useful for all those employed within the night-time economy.
